Workspace Settings

As a workspace admin, you can update workspace settings, manage members, and manage groups as needed. From the workspace General settings tab, you can rename a workspace, change the workspace color, or set a workspace solution.

NOTE: To change workspace settings, you need to be a workspace or organization admin.

Rename a Workspace

To rename a workspace:

  1. Go to Workspace Settings by clicking Settings.
  2. On the General tab, enter the new Workspace Name.
  3. Click Save Changes and confirm you’d like to save your changes.

To change the workspace color:

  1. Go to Workspace Settings by clicking Settings.
  2. On the General tab, click the color picker and choose a color.
  3. Click Save Changes and confirm you’d like to save your changes.

Set a Workspace Solution

For additional functionality, you can set a solution for a workspace, if it is available for your organization. Once a workspace solution is set, it can’t be changed.

There are different solutions you can set for a workspace:

  • General (default): A general workspace for collaborating with your team.
  • SEC/SEDAR: A workspace that also includes the ability to add filing functionality for XBRL and SEC. Use this workspace solution if you plan to create any filing documents.
  • SOX/Internal Controls: A workspace that also includes the ability to add the Integrated Risk Solution. Use this workspace solution if you plan to audit and test controls.

To set a workspace solution:

  1. Go to Workspace Settings by clicking Settings.
  2. On the General tab, select the Solution.
  3. Click Save Changes and confirm you’d like to save your changes.
