Permissions can be set separately for supporting documents in Wdesk.
Types of Supporting Documents
You may want to specify which users or groups can view or open supporting documents, such as generated EDGAR HTML, XBRL files, uploaded graphics or images, PDFs, Excel files, Word files, PowerPoint slides, or other files.
Editing Supporting Document Permissions
To edit supporting document permissions, open the project containing the supporting document you would like to edit. From the Project panel, right-click on the supporting document and choose Properties.
Choose the Permissions tab in the Properties dialog box. Permissions can be added, removed or modified by choosing the Edit Permissions or Advanced Permissions buttons. See Permissions and Collaboration in Documents or Advanced Permissions Editor for more information.
