Optional Step - Broadridge


If you want to print a proxy statement, 10-Q filing, or 10-K filing, you can submit a print-ready document to Broadridge from Wdesk. Simply enable the Print tab for your account, create the print-ready version of your Wdesk document, and submit it to Broadridge.

Enable the Print Tab

To enable the Print tab for your account:

  1. Go to Admin in Wdesk.

  2. Go to Settings and click Print Tab.

  3. Enter your CUSIP and contact information.

  4. Click Submit request to Broadridge. You will get an email letting you know when the Print tab is available for your account.

Create a Print-Ready Document

To create a print-ready version of your document:

  1. Open the Projects panel and select your filing project.

  2. Click the Print tab. This tab is available if the feature is enabled for your account.

  3. Select the proxy statement or 10-K document you want to send for printing. Wdesk creates a print-ready version of your document, which may take a few minutes depending on the document size.

  4. Preview the print-ready document by clicking the Preview Print order document button. This opens a separate browser tab where you can download the PDF to view it. Note: Colors in the print preview document may vary slightly from colors in the printed document. If you have any questions, please contact Broadridge.

Submit Document to Broadridge

To submit a document to Broadridge for printing:

  1. Enter your CUSIP and contact information.

  2. Click Submit to Broadridge when you are ready to submit your document for printing. Both the PDF and a DOCX copy of your document are uploaded to Broadridge.

You can see who sent the print order and when in the Project Order History at the bottom of the Print panel or by going to Admin and looking in Activities.
