Features

Data Collection allows you to simplify the process of data request and aggregation. Some key features include:

  • Distribute Data Collection templates to Providers with a single click of a button

  • Designate an Approver to ensure data accuracy and validity

  • Monitor the status of each template in the Dashboard

  • Automatically aggregate all collected data

  • Integrate seamlessly with other Wdesk documents through linking

Roles

Within a Data Collection, there are three distinct roles:

  • A Creator builds the data collection for distribution.

  • A Provider enters information into the template.

  • An Approver insures that the data is accurate and valid.

Creating Multiple Templates

Data Collection allows you to rapidly create identical templates, one for each of your providers. Providers can only enter their info in designated Input Cells. This ensures that the structure of all templates remains consistent. In addition, you can create data validation rules to control the types and ranges of information provided.

Changing the Master Template

If you need to change the master template, you can make adjustments without interrupting the work of Providers on templates that have already been distributed. Simply edit your master and then redistribute. As templates are completed by Providers, the submitted information is automatically aggregated.
